MOD Taekwondo Elite - Roy sends class scheduling, trial confirmations, reminders, and — where opted in — promotional messages regarding our Taekwondo programs. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 801-776-0190. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at 801-776-0190. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. Enrollment, tuition, testing fees, and any promotional offers are governed by the enrollment agreement you sign at the school. Submitting a form on this website is a request for information and does not by itself create an enrollment or payment obligation.

Martial arts training carries inherent physical risk. All students (or their parent or legal guardian) must sign a waiver and assumption-of-risk agreement before participating, and are expected to follow the dojang's rules of conduct and the instructions of the instructor on the floor at all times.
